Columbine Massacre

On April 20, 1999, Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold murdered 12 students and a teacher at Columbine High School before committing suicide.

According to the Report of Governor Bill Owen’s Columbine Review Commission, “Autopsy results revealed [Eric] Harris had a therapeutic level of Luvox [fluvoxamine maleate] in his system when he committed suicide, which belied reports that he had stopped taking the medication.”

The FDA-approved label on Luvox warns patients to call their healthcare provider or 911 if “acting on dangerous impulses” or “acting aggressive or violent.”

Victims: Cassie Bernall, Steve Curnow, Corey DePooter, Kelly Fleming, Matt Kechter, Daniel Mauser, Daniel Rohrbough, Rachel Scott, Isaiah Shoels, John Tomlin, Lauren Townsend, Kyle Velasquez, Coach Dave Sanders
